Omkar Estate Consultant — Leakages in the building, lease of property, shifting of temporary tenant of another plot and demolition of a transit camp

This is to bring to your notice that the building known as nathusheth sra co-op housing society was develop and possession was handed over in the year 2007 by omkar estate, from the very next year there were problem of leakages, at present there are leakeges in the rooms of around 70% rooms.

After possession in 2007 also the transit camp is not demolish by the builder. After several complaints to bmc and sra from the society and letter from a sra to builder regarding demolition the transit camps are not demolish.

There were around 9 tenants from plot no.675 and 676 from wanze wadi mahim were brought to final plot no.527 on a temporary basis. Till date they are not removed and the plot is not handed over to society.

Also the boundry fencing on the one side of the building is not built as per the required norms. Also there is no play ground or garden provided to the society.
