dear sir/mam.. me krupal anilkumar thakore,,,, meri online railway ticketing ka kam he aur hamne ye agengy done card se li he jo abi ye compny ka name badal kar One Stop Shop kar diya gaya he,,,,,, aur hamari camplain ye he k pichle kafi samay se one stop shop ki aur se railway booking band thi aur aur jab bi ham is ke bare me puchte the tab hame yahi bataya jata tha ki kuchh tecnical problem he kuch time ke baad rail booking live ho jayega.....fir bi 4month tak rail thik se live nahi ho raha tha......aur abi yani ye live hua he to compny kehti he aap[protected] ko copny ka ruls he ki aap compny me yani onestop shop me 20000 payment karao warna aapki rail id aaj[protected] ko sham tak band ho jayega.....aur hamne jab comny ko puchha ye 200000 kyu bhare ham tab compny ne kaha kye ek security depozit he aur ye aap ko aaj hi bhar ni he warna aapka caod band ho jayega........... dear sir aur jaha tak hamari jan kari he waha tak hame itna pata he sayad compy me fund ka isu hua he aur compny wo fund hamse wasul karna chahti he ab aap hi bataiye ham diwali ke time par 20000 kaha se laye agar nahi 20000 nahi bhare hamne to hamara rail coad aaj yani[protected] ko bandh ho jayega....... sir ise compny ka ruls samje ya compny ki dada giri,,,bole aaj ruls nikla he hamri comnyka aur aaj sham tak hi aapko 20000 bharna rahega warna aapka rail coad badh ho jayega aur aap booking nahi kar paonge....... one stop shop — MONTHLY CHARGES
[protected]@gmail.comFrom this month of november 2010, i have been levied a monthly charge of Rs. 100/- which will be continuing every month, I want to say that The person whose turn over is below 10000/- a month how can he give Rs. 100/- every month out of such a low margin. Like the customer comes in with his own wish , if we don't have customer then how will we survive in this field.
which , I thinks The Company also wants.
I want you people to rethink over this issue or many of our distributors will have to sacrifice their Rs. 10000/- deposited with you people (which is non refundable) otherwise also.
Also I want to say that , it will malign the image of your company more and more which is already not very good in the market. (unless you people are working for a big chance only) . I think it is a big step towards winding up .
It is not at all a wise decision . also I want to know what is this charge for . what super services we are getting from your side. we have invested , we are working, we provide credit to our customers. There is no support from your side . not even a billboard. and now this Rs. 100/- tax every month.
I talked to Mr. Jaspreet (owner of where we get value in our account) he just said it will be like this from now on.
Is this some kind of Dictatorship or what. whatever you say , have to be done.
Sorry sir, at least I am not ready to work with a company which is accomplishing its goals by stepping on its own distributors. De-spite of giving some advantages you people are surviving over the hardwork of your own distributors. . If this is so, then i want to remind you that this company is not going to be any where from now on.
