Onestoprecharge — Recharge NOT Done, Money Taken, Support not responding | |
I had completed payment for recharge of Reliance GSM connection on http://www.onestoprecharge.com. The payment was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge on their site gave me the below error Thank You For Purchase OrderID:[protected] TransactionID:[protected] #ERROR:FAILED::A1.FAILED~Operator System Not Available, please try after some time [SP]# I emailed their support on same day - 08/05/2010. The date is 05/09/2010 when i contacted support. So it is been 5+ days now.

I emailed their support on same day - 19.02.11 Support Ticket ID: #3134 & 24.02.11 suport Ticket ID 3167 & 25.02.11 Suport Ticket ID 3170 & Dt 24.03.11 suport Ticket ID 3327 reply received but my problem not solve please do necessary action & help me thank you

all Complains are responded if there is some problem in server than it may take few days.
