[Resolved]  Orange Honda Service Centre - Tolichowki — Bad Service & Charges Paid but no Work done

Dear CF Team,

My Honda Shine bike given for servicing. They charged me aroung Rs, 1600+. It includes Chine spraket replacement,Paid service charge, Water Servicing & Credit Card Service Charge (1.5%). But No water servicing done.

I called on 5.54pm to collect the bike. But they told me get into at 6.30pm since the JOB card is not ready.

I went to collect the bike before 6.30pm. Job card is ready, payment has done. But no worker or manager is available to collect my bike. Only security gaurd & cash counter available. After i make a noice and a call to Manager simply they said come tomorrow and get it done. Very Bad Service .........................................

I want CF team to look in and take appropriate action against the service centre immdediately. -
