I hvae purchased this machine before 2 years. On April 15th the cycle stopped functioning well as its pedal/chain have got stuck. Been calling their customercare number for the past 2 months. But except repeated promises to send technicians to repair the cycle, nothing has happened yet !said that no service people are available , and i was asked to send that machine to their by an Auto and left the machine as it is and upto now he's giving me some excuse or the other.
