I'm a new suffering customer of ORTEL Broadband connection. My customer id is 541826 and the address is RT Outsourcing Services Ltd., Rasul Gah, GGP Colony, Near SBI ATM, Plot No-935/1918.
I've taken net connection on 2nd of June. At that time Mr. Amit told me that within two days connection will be established and running. But it takes three days to complete the processing. However after the installation not a single day we use your net connection facility whole day without any problem. After every half an hour net connection were disconnected and we have to talk with customer care. This became our daily routin in every half an hour.
We also compromise with it. But on 16th june the connection were totally stopped. When we contact with customer care they told me that our limit is over (5GB). Can you imagine that 5GB had been used within 10 to 12 days. Not only that he also told me that if we wish to use more MB, then we have to purchase extra MB ofcourse with advance payment.
Mr. Amit didn't told me about this rules. I asked amit regarding this he didn't answer my phone. All of your sales executives are of same character ?
My question is that if we use 5gb than don't stop the facility. Add this amount with bill. And we obviously paid this amount when you will raise bills against the usages.
I want my full deposit money (Rs. 1750) back and want to disconnect the connection.

address is qtr:no u/8-d 104 area, svn colony, marripalem visakhapatnam.i took the connection on 10th june and on june 1st the bill shows a amount of 901.20rs please check it properly and change the bill
the bill showed 675rs as download charges but my downloads as on JUNE 30TH was 898.76mb
just 2MB more than the download limit.please check and give correct response
I am a new and definitely a suffering customer of ORTEL communication.I can definitely say that whit in 30 days of use i got problems everyday like slowconnection, disconnect in free hours etc and to make the scene worst those fucking bastards were not even answered the phone(customer care).You should come forward and should take necessary steps.
i am also very dissatisfied towards the service of ortel, well i have appilied for an ortel boardband connection almost 10 days back, till now thr is no news regarding my connection.
a girl called deepti called me for taking ortel connection, and collected the fee on the day i aggered for her offer, she had promised me to get the connection within 3 days
now thw worst thing is none of the ortel officers is picking phone and if some one picks up they will blame others for lack of service. and the girl deepti had never attended my call frm last thursday.
can anybody help me in finxing up this problem

I am a new and definitely a suffering customer of ORTEL communication.I can definitely say that whit in 20 days of use i got problems everyday like slowconnection, disconnect in free hours etc my coustomer id is 00588951 and address is brahmanagar 1st lane berhampur (ganjam), orissa . i have complained several times but no result come my plan is ortel soho which is 1mbps and 3 user plan but the speed is too slow that a single user cant work so i m highly disagree with the service and want to go for another isp if i not got my speed properly.
i want to say only 1 thing that use only BSNL in orissa is best . u get only 15 to 35 kbps download speed from ortel with lots of problems.why u donot use the 24 hrs downloading facility with the constant speed of downloading that (25 to 35 kbps).right so guys cut your ORTEL connection and bring home the 750 unlimited BSNL plan to home..
hello dear friends, now take a look on BSNL BROADBANDS NEW HOME AND BUSINESS PLANS upto 24mbps, 16mbps, 8mbps and so on at a very few cost with 150gb, 110gb and 50 gb of free respectively.so disconnect your ortel connection as soon as possible and go for bsnl it is best for ORISSA .you can also got lot of free calls you may check in internet.
I want to use wireless internet connection at home for my official purpose using the laptop provided by the company. i want to know which network provider is the best . /i want also broadband connection, how can i get it .I am from orissa
