Otis Elevator — Faulty supply - no action on complaint

New otis lifts 2 in number supplied to sai leela palace by otis bangalore.
On removing the film from doors and other panels, scratches at certain points and rust marks are noticed but no action iseing taken by the company inspite of complaints.

Mr. Nagraj from Otis Bangalore called Mr. C.H.Sai Krishna, the developer of Sai Leela Palace to give Otis another 10 days. Similar request was received last week asking for 8 days, which the OTIS has been asking for more than three months.

an otis lift has been purchased from otis elevator company india limited through invoice number 4976 in favour of shri purnimdham enterprises pvt ltd . Three months have been passed away since goods were delivered on the working site and since there are no one to install the lift after several reminders. No satisfying replies are being given by the engineers that when the installation is going to start.
