I had subscribed for Outlook and Newsweek magazines for one year in August 2011. The assured free gift was never delivered. The magazines also were delivered very rarely. After Newsweek went digital from January 1, 2013, they automatically converted my balance subscription amount to a magazine of their choice without even bothering to ask me. Unsatisfied at theirpoor customer service, I opted for cancellation of both my subscriptions. After following up daily, I was told that my subscriptions have been cancelled and the amount has been credited to my account. Its 3 weeks now and I am still waiting for the amount to be credited to my account. It seems that they had credited the amount to the account of one of their executives through whose account my initial subscription was routed. The executive is flatly denying that any money has been credited to her account. I am running from pillar to post to get the amount back. Was this information helpful? |
OUTLOOK PROFIT — NON DELIVERY
I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO OUTLOOK PROFIT A MONTH BACK. I DO NOT GET MY MAGAZINE UNLESS I CHASE THEM.THEY CLAIM THAT THEY SEND IT REGULARLY THROUGH INDIAN POST OFFICE WHICH IS NEVER DELIVERED.
ALTHOUGH I APPRECIATE THEIR RESPONSE EACH TIME BY AGREEING TO SEND IT THROUGH COURRIER BUT BY THE TIME IT IS DELIVERED, IT BECOMES WORTHLESS AS ANOTHER ISSUE BECOMES DUE
