Overnight Courier Service — Very Late Delivery of Goods

I am residing at Perambalur, Tamilnadu. I am doing Network marketing business. I use to get product boxes very freequently from overnight courier, trichy division. I am always facing one problem, that is getting boxes very very late. I use to face this problem again and again. Several time i used to make a call to Area Manager( Cell : [protected]) and he is responding me in a pleasing manner but he is not ready to do the work. Today also I face the same problem, as useual there is pathological reply from your courier people. Kindly consider this problem and rectify the error as early as possible. Otherwise I strongly recommand other courier name to our company.
