Pls refer to several discussions had with Overnite persons regarding amount given to Patna Ro at the time of crises. The amount given to Patna accounts team at the time o[censored]rgency as when require. I am chasing for this regularly to you and Patna team, but there is no response.

I am facing financial crunch but OEL team is playing my emotion. Pls suggest How i can convince them ?

Salary- 50 days

Bonus

Leave encasement

Arrear of increment – 10 months (@ Rs 3000/-)

Amount which I have given to Patna accounts team at the time of crises like bonus, fr payment, operational exigency etc. Personal ledger attached for the reference.

Overnite Express Ltd — Deficiency in the Services of Courier

Dear,

I, Ajay R Maurya wanted to register the complaint against the Overnight Express Ltd for the Non Delivery of my parcel

My Parcel has been delivered on 30/10/10 by Bill No.[protected] through the Overnight Express Ltd but till today i.e. 15/11/10, I have not recd my parcel.

When I my make a call on their no.26853100/ 26853101 these customer care executive are not even talk to me they put me on hold for the long time & their after they disconnected the call.

I wanted that my parcel should not get lost & if parcel is lost i may claim the monetary loss on the overnight Express Ltd

So, I wanted that my parcel to be delivered on its respective address as mentioned on it.
