i tried to recharge my mobile(airtel) using my icici bank account. but it has been failed, amount was deducted from my account.

i sent them mail regarding recharge unsuccessful by using their website feedback form on 30Jan21012, but i didn't get any reply from them.

and i tried to make call 5 times to the number [protected] and 91- 124 – 6773300, nobody is answering my call except IVR.
