I am a oxigen retailer. my merchant ID is 41082701.I was working from 5/7/2010. but there problem come at few days because company's distributor leave his distribution ship and no one is there to recharge my accout. So that i could not perform my job of recharge & book tickets by using oxi rail. Due to this my oxirail login was blocked, but my oximall is working. So you are requested to tell me the better option to activate my oxirail to give continue services to customers by booking trail tickets. Do need full as early as possible.

Sir, My retailer ID is 35003092. I came across the problem o[censored]nsuccessful transaction due to technical problem at service provider's end. But the same unsuccessful transaction was declared successful after 20/30 minutes or so. This makes us reluctant to make transactions, for the transacted amount was already returned to the customer. Sir, wouldn't it be better if technical errors, if any is/are reported to the retailers through their registered numbers so that transactions do not take place at such situations?
