I availed the service from Central Cargo & Packers Movers to transport my home goods Delhi to Bangalore. Company representative Mr Sanjeev committed me to deliver my goods with 7 days but they took 17days, during that period while I inquired, they were giving me false information, saying that Truck started from delhi at right time but had broken down at Gurjat border will be reach in next day. The worse case at the 17 th day day at the time to delivery thet were asking me to pay my rest 30% amount then only they will deliver my good, do whatever you want to do just threating like trrorist. During that period I had to stay in hotel with my family and company is runing way thier resposibilities. Was this information helpful? |
