I have booked my Indian gas cylender on 28.12.2010, they promised me the delivary in one week, till now there is no response and no gas delivary. The have three land line nos.[protected],27078378 & 27070083 these phones are always enguage.

The address of the PADMA GAS SERVICE is #[protected], Warasiguda, Secunderabad-500 016.

Please see that they do their duty and be responsible.

yes i have too faced the same problem. And persons at the warasiguda do not pay any attention to you when you go for any complaint or registration .And i need any online registration for register the gas for refilling.and i also have complain for the slip they have printing the wrong dates on the slip given to the customer .

padma gas service — not providing gas at the time

sir maine padma gas service me LPG gas book ki h 9 sep 2011 ko bt still they did not provide gas to us. puchne par batate hai ki abhi tak gas truck nhi aya hai.. pichle dino jab LPG gas ke daam mehnge hue the to inhone isi tarah der ki aur baad me ye kh kar 400 rs liya ki LPG company ne rates badha diye h....meri complaint hai ki ye LPG store krte ha and after that mehnge rates me dete h....ye padma gas servic allahabad satti chaura area me hai......
Yes, prasad what you said is correct i had booked on 12.08.2011 my gas delivery date has been given on 24.08.2011 but till date havent recivied again i had booked once again but no response then i had purchased in black at a cost of Rs 600/-.I had observed that gas delivery boys getting together and selling gas cylinder in black at a cost of Rs 600/- and note i am getting mesages that gas has been delivered on so and so date but those mesages are trach

Hence this padma gas distributor is cheating people

our cosumer no:320533, sitafalmandi, rly qts B 3, block 13, we have booked gas as on date:09/08/2012, and booking ref no: 348271, till date we have not received our cylinder and this is not first time every time the same thing is going on. And the ref phone are not working your office always, comparing to the other service your serivce is very worst we not satisfied with your service, and see that cylinder should delivered as soon as possible.

Sir, I have booked the Gas Refil on 03.12.2012 till today i have not received the refil, My gas No.315354, Booking Regd.No.387626 dt.03.12.2012 Please arrange to deliver the refil.
Sir, Please let me know whether the 6 cylinders per year has started. If started the implementation for the this financial year will be on what bases. The M/s. Padma gas Services has charged me 970/- per cylider. Please clarify

THE WORST AGENCY - I used to book cylinder on mobile using IVRS, delivery was delayed every time. Visit agency to inquiry for delay with no proper answer and has to pickup a cylinder myslef due to emergency. Later I decided to use their website and found no glitches for few months (booked 5 times successfully). Recently booking was cancelled with reason "INVALID ADDRESS". Strange part is that they have delivered on same address for five times previously. Again i went to inquiry about this and was told to pickup gas cylinder.Choose padma gas agency only when you have a vehicle & person accompany you.
My Consumer Number is 317857. I have booked gas on 28.05.2015. I got booking confirmation and reference No. given to me is 698185. I received message on 01.06.2015 stating that cash memo No.[protected] is generated for booking no.698185 and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. Today is 16.06.2015, till date I have not received the cylinder. Yesterday i.e. on 15.6.2015 I approached Padma Gas personally and they assured that I would be getting my cylinder by evening of 15.6.2015 and delivery boy number was given to me to contact. Till now I have not received the delivery. I called the delivery boy today twice but no response.
Again tomorrow I should go to Padma Gas and fight with them for my cylinder. This is the drama happenning on every booking since 4 months. To get my cylinder delivered, every month I have to take atleast three days permission from my office and visit Padma Gas. This is the POOR SERVICE I am facing every month.
