[Resolved] Pal Group - Builders — No flat possession for six years | |||
I, Dinesh Sharma s/o Puran Chand Sharma, r/o C-3/296B DDA SFS Flats, Janakpuri, New Delhi - 110058 had booked in a 3 BR plus Servant Room flat with Pal Group in Sec 78 Faridabad in 2006. After a couple of years, they showed their inability to construct the said tower due to non availability of land (which i presume was all bull ). The other towers have also not come up even till today while the adjacent plots are full of high rises of other builders. They offered me to shift to Sec 95, Pataudi Road, Gurgaon as that was their new project and I went ahead. I paid an extra rate as well for this property and again booked a 3 BR plus a servant room flat. After some years they again came back and upgraded the booking to an Independent Villa (Ground plus 3 floors) in which i was allotted a corner flat C-100 for which I paid an additional 5 lacs as PLC. This all went on for the last couple of years and no construction started and despite various meetings, visits and calls, the only answer was that they are working and the construction will start soon......Years have passed and bloody nothing..... A couple of months back, I came to know that the said plot has been sold to SKM Builders who are doing their construction now. When asked about our booking they said that it stays at the old rate and will get a flat for sure. Now, the new builders have brought all construction down (whatever was done by Pal), prepared their own construction plans and have started with selling the flats. I am not sure if I would get the same corner flat, will not get at all or what will happen with the booking etc. These folks are real cheaters and have to be nailed as the amount of 10 lacs paid by me had been taken on loan, now repaid to the bankers and it is a real hard earned money. I want to know what could be the course of action as I do posses a signed Builder / Buyer agreement and as per that the 21 months for construction plus 6 months of grace has also gone and ideally should be getting a penalty......... I would request all folks who were with Pal Sec 95 and have still not taken their refunds to get united and see how one should proceed further. Important Update regarding PAL Builders/PAL Infrastructure and developers Gurgaon.
Date:17/09/2012.
This is inform everyone that EOW would soon be taking Strigent action against the Fradulent activities of PAL BUILDER/PAL INFRASTRUCTURE.
Now the case has been Transferred from Inspector Vinod Gandhi to Inspector Ravi Shanker to act fast in the proceedings and I am in Direct touch with him.
As lot of people have contacted me I would urge all Sector-89 Faridabad Investors not to pay any demand money as soon EOW will act and Seize their Properties, also EOW is in the mode of calculating total amount invested as per the complaints received so same can put before the court.
I was surprised to know that out of thousands of investors cheated by this Group, only 27 has filed their complaints in EOW as confirmed by Inspector Ravi Shanker.
The only way to get the money back along with the Interest from these Fraudsters would be through EOW . Those who doesn’t have the time to even file the complaint with EOW, pls don’t unnecessary hassle me with the calls, hope PAL Builder would come at your doorstep to pay back the money.
All those who has been cheated by this Fraud builder are requested to contact the EOW at the earliest along with all the original documents and EOW will seize the documents and provide you with Seizure Letter.
