[Resolved]  Utitsl / Pan Card — PAN card not received even after 3 times applying with CSF Form

This is to bring in your kind notice that I am a PAN applicant from Gurgaon, Haryana and I had applied for the PAN card in the month of May 2007 and at that time I tried to locate it by contacting UTITSL's Bombay office, Delhi-Rajendra Bhawan office and Aaykar Sampark Kendra of Delhi and Faridabad.but couldn’t receive this either through courier or UPC. After a long wait and further to the advice o[censored]TISL service centre, I had filled the CSF form[protected] with all the necessary documents on December 13, 2007 but this time again I had not received PAN card. On enquiring from your office and tracking over internet I came to know that it has dispatched on January 4, 2008 from the dartmail courier service but Dartmail was not responding to this dispatch id 33230068.
Your UTISL-Delhi gave me the telephone number [protected] for this enquiry which is out of order. I was not in a position to track this card again, even I didn't know from where i could collect it by myself. I would also like to draw your attention that thousands of applicants are suffering from the same inconveniences due to improper responses of Dartmail courier. When PAN applicants are from entire parts of India, then there is no point of Dartmail to not to provide their services beyond the cities. While other courier companies are giving their services to every remote place also.

When I became unable to trace my PAN card with them then I visited your delhi office again on Jan 23, 2008 and received the same feedback that it has been re-dispatched on 16/01/2008 through UPC but I have not received it till date and this is to bring in your kind notice that i applied for the second time but the responses are same as these were earlier.
After these I was instructed again to re-apply with CSF Form then I applied with the application no '[protected]' and now after tracking over internet I came to know that it has dispatched on June 4, 2008 but this time again I have not received it till date.I am struggling to get PAN card since almost a year now and its really difficult to chase this. Neither i received it by courier & not hoping to receive by UPC also, even it is not available in your office so that i can collect it by hand.
