[Resolved]  Pan Card Not Received — Pan card not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Richa Choudhary have applied for change/correction in My Pan Card No-AFRPA0139E and submitted all the required documents to NSDL Office, Sapphire Chamber, Baner , Pune .

Today (22/09/2011) i called to your Baner office and came to know that my Pan Card had already been delivered on 3/09/2011 via Express IT courier and received by some Apporva on 5/09/2011 whom i don't know and have no connection with me.
To bring in your kind notice that till date ( 22/09/2011) , i have not received mu PAN Card . Henceforth, kindly requesting you to please issue it again at my below mentioned address:

When the Delivery of my PAN card came I was not at my residence hence the card got returned back but till date I have not received my card. I request you to re-despatch the same at the earliest.

I had applied for a Duplicate Copy of my PAN CARD AGAMPA8236A, which was badly damaged and defaced.I had applied the card in the month of October 2007.The card, I was said was depatched to my permanent address in Kannur in March 2008 and was returned as it was a Case of Door Locked.
But I have not recieved any information after that and I am still waiting for my Card.

Could I get an update on this and be suggested as to what I need to do further to get my PAN Card.

COUPON NO:30515641. APPLICATION NO:[protected]. MY ADDRESS: H..NO:3-2-83, OLD RAMANTHAPUR, HYDERABAD 500013. LAND MARK: GRAM PANCHAYATH ROAD.NEAR SHIVALAYAM TEMPLE. sir please kindly send my pancard to this above address. or anything were i can approach to know the status of my pancard .already i complaint your website but ihave not get any reply from your office.
