[Resolved]  Pan Card — resending of pan card

Respected Sir,

My Self Shri.Sethsandi Bapu Revappa had applied for new PAN
CARD with application no :[protected] and processing coupon no :[protected] .
The said name pan card had reached to my destinition on 13/04/2011 at/post
Honmurgi , tal: south solapur , dist : solapur ,Maharashtra , but the post
master in my village was not able to read it out so it has been send back to
u r office as it was enquired by me.

Sir, it is my humble request to send the pan card once again
and i will make sure to collect it personally and inform me on this mail id.
