Dear Sir/Madam,
I was employed with M/s Pantaloon Retail INdia Ltd. For the period 17.08.2007 to 30.11.2010 at their Pune office.I had submitted all the relevant papers for the withdrawal of my PF dues to the Pune office for processing. Since I was not getting the settlement I had enquired at their Mumbai office who confirmed that the papers had been submitted on 1st time 15.03.2011 at your Pune office.but their are some
problem MY F19&10C IS REJECTED ON DT:[protected].REASON IS DATE OF JOINING, DATE OF LEAVING, DATE OF BIRTH NOT GIVEN IN THE CLAIM FORM. I had written to PF form submitted 2Nd time at your Pune of in Nov.11 to Mr, Tanuj but not resolve my final settlement issue.I had been submitted on 3rd time my PF form at your Pune office on date 26.06.2012 for a feedback as to the status. Every time I have been given an assurance by the concerned in the company that the same will be credited to my a/c in 1 month.This way arouNd 19 months have elapsed but I have neither got my settlement money nor any communication from PF office as to whether there is any problem.No one picks up the phone when we call the KaNdivali office.To get my rightful dues, I have been going through this harassment for such a long time now.I request the concerned to please look into the matter.My PF No. is MH/38491/39574.
