Pantel Technologies — Non delivery of the product | |||
Refernce no: PENT0093938 sir, i received a mail (as per my request for penta tablet ) from pantel technologies ltd, stating that my product (penta 701r tablet)is ready for delivery. So as per the instructions on e-mail, i paid the money on 22nd may and received payment confirmation mail on 26th may 2012. In the mail they promised to deliver the product, after receiving the payment confirmation mail within 96 hours ( not working hours). So as per their promise on email i should have received the product on or before 30th may.. but I've not yet received the product, not even the dispatch details... Please help me.. as i sent them several e-mails regarding this problem, but i have not yet received any response from their side. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was going through the same problem that you are going through. My tab was delivered within a few days after I had a word with the customer support guys at [protected]@pantel.in. Try writing to them here, hope it helps.
