I have purchased a Penta T-Pad Model no. WS707C @ Rs 6999/- thru'' Home Shop18 on 30.8.14. The invoice no.: TARA/14-15/179623 dated 30.8.14. The Sl.no. of product is WS707C[protected]. Since the purchase of the product, I m facing the following problems: 1) Google play Store is not working and 2) Conversation during the call is faintly audible. I have been calling up "Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd." customer care no. for help for last 2 months but all in vain. The Custmr Care Exec told to visit the local service centre. The address of local Service Centre of Pantel Technologies in kolkata: ''Venture Technology, 26/B Hindustan Park, Shop#95, Kolkata & Contact person: Mr Tuhin Acharya (mob# [protected])''. When I called Mr Tuhin, he without checking my Tablet refused to help unless I deposited my Penta T-Pad to him for 3 months. I was surprised that without seeing my set how can he decide what was wrong with it. I told him that the Customer Care has told me to visit his service Centre. Then he told me to come. When I visited the service Centre, Mr Tuhin bluntly & rudely refused to help. He told that most of the sets are defective in this Penta T Pad Model#WS707C. He unnecessary called us & harassed us. This Service Centre of Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is very rude/misbehaved & un-cooperative/useless to customers. It has just harassed a Senior citizen like me by calling to the service centre & denying to help. What is the use of such service centres which refuse to provide service although my product is is warranty period. I have been calling up the helpline nos. of Pantel technologies Pvt Ltd for last 2 months & all d calls cost me STD charges. Only my time, energy & money for calls got wasted. Pantel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is harassing its customer by selling a calling Tablet Model#WS707C which is not properly audible for making calls & Pantel is providing poor after sales service. Pantel did not provide any solution for the poor audibility in its product. And for no reason I am suffering for the last 3 months b'coz of purchasing this defective product. Request yr help.
