DEFICIENT SERVICE AND SUPPLY OF FAULTY ITEM
I had paid the advance payment on 28/05/12 however I received the tablet on 30 Jun 12,after series of complaints/mails/calls to both the Pentatel and the courier company Gati.
However to my demise,the item seems faulty as postcharging there are continuous sessions of booting,The screen does not respond to touch .The times indicated is 2.30 hrs. ahead of IST. I have tried to use reset button with no results. Further is clear visibility of spilling of fluid on screen.The BSNL data card not received

The technical support does not exist.
I desire replacement/returning the item back.
