2. Basic Pay 7490/- 01 Jan 2006 One increment is entitled .Up gradation of pay scale under ACP scheme 5th pay commission fwd to PAO(OR) Secunderabad and EME Records vide our letter No50901/Fin dt 15 Jan 2010

I No 14660258L Nk Shelke Sachin Dinkar is serving in Indian Army since on 26 Mar 2003 as an Aviation Fitter Avionics (AVF AVN) (Direct Entry). My attestation is carried out on 29 May 2004 since on Group X.

(1) In pay slip my surname is reflected as DELAKE in place of SHELAKE.

(2) In my sheet roll Fd Service section 902 AAD MSL REGT(SP) (COMP) WKSP unit is mentioned for the duration 26 Mar 2007 in place of 0902 MAINTENANCE SECTION. I was never posted to 902 AAD REGT for any duration.

(3) Due to above mistake my leave details are also wrong. Sheet roll leave details section reflects my PAL for the duration 03 Oct 2007 to 01 Nov 2007 from 902 AAD REGT in place of 0902 MAINTENANCE SECTION and SL for the duration 06 Dec 2007 to 26 Jan 2008 from 902 AAD REGT in place of 0902 MAINTENANCE SECTION.

Please correct the above mentioned mistakes

sir myself jc761764f sub master tech networking balendra pal presently posted in 315 fd regt c/o 56 APO.i am holding the rank of sub since 03 december 2013.as per pay slip jul 2014 and thereafter it shoows the rank of nb sub.same time basic reduced 15140 to 14520 and grade pay reduced 4600 to 4200.so i am feeling degradation of rank and also loss of money per month.
so pl help to correct the matter.

I stands posted to 619 EME Bn, C/0 56 APO with due date of move 28 Oct 2017 vide EME Records posting Order No 1751/4089/CLKSD/CA-5 dated 14 September 2017. 619 EME Bn I.e my new unit wrote PAO(OR)EME, Secunderabad, PIN-500021 to stop pay & allowances due to non reporting of myself to their unit vide their letter number 20904/EME dt 19 Jan 2018. Due exigencies of service I continued my service at Arty Static Wksp, Devlali and being posted out to 619 EME Bn on 03 Feb 2018 and the same has already intimated to 619 EME Bn & PAO(OR) EME vide Arty Static Wksp signal Number 20902/Est-I dated 28 Jan 2018. There is no leakage of my service and I was overstated or absent without leave. Neither Unilateral Suo Moto movement order issued by EME Records nor any part II Order of overstated leave/ or absent without leave published by any unit. How can stop my pay & allowances from the month of January 2018 and which authority. Please credit my pay and allowances immediately as I am facing financial hardship.
