Dear People ( with NEGATIVE COMMENTS )

IF you people call yourself educated then i am very sorry to say that you are not.
1st of all, the negative comments you are writing, it doesnt make any sense. Going abroad is not a cake walk. you people want all the services that you get in india itself. But Alas! this is not possible. If this could happen then what will be the difference b/w india and abroad??

There is also 1 term called Adjustment i[censored] foolish people have ever heard of it. There are ups and downs in life and anything can happen anytime. But that doesnt mean you will accuse PARAS HOLIDAYS for these little things.

The negative comments I am seeing . I am wondering that you are cranky little kids who always crave for stupid things

P.S. Nobody is even telling you to give them credit, and no need to call them or fake company or even abuse them. because this will make you satisfied via your frustration. The truth will not change i.e.. they work their off to make your trip awesome. and this leds to a great salute to all the employes and the Directors of this company.

and one more thing I dont think that Sapna jain makes anyone write all the good comments because i am a comman man. not her employe or something. I did travel with them and my best wishes to them.

I am totally disagree with Mr Tarun and Ms Jyoti.I had also travelled with Paras Holidays and they made my package so woderful tht i had a great time with my family.I haven't faced a single or small problem, they have given us full and final detailed list of emergency contact list, gud eating joint list even best shopping list too.

I do not agree with Mr. Tarun. Europe would not have been a better experience if it wasn't for Paras Holidays. Perfectly planned trips, great food, comfortable stay at good hotels, and most importantly wonderful and knowledgeable tour manager for making this a very memorable tour. we look forward to another exotic vacation with Paras Holidays.

Me & mywife were on Switzerland & Paris tour. It was our honeymoon trip, the first trip abroad & indeed it was a memorable one!. I must thank the whole team of Paras Holidays for making the trip memorable one and strongly recommend this company for aperfect holiday abroad.

sir i have applied for loan in bank but they r showing some false report which are not actual please help me to clear it.I shows my vehicle loan for which i have my no objection certificate also with me dated dec 2007.also it shows due in my credit loan which does not belong to me.my control no.[protected] and my contact number is [protected]

hello every one this is a very fraud and unprofessional family run firm from karol bagh region in delhi, i as a tourist had a worse experience with them .the MD of the firm MS Sapna Jain's commitments are all false, i have never seen such an unprofessional and rude behavior from a MD of a firm.

also some of the above views (in favoring of the services of the firm)are in relations and employers with fakenames of this company.

how can they play with the feelings of thier own source of bread and butter . i my self a hotel manager in delhi/ncr, whose not advise anyone to switch them for a memorable tour .

i totally disagree with you. I think you have something personally against this company or more so, against this family.
these people are a gem to interact with. i am a professor by profession, and i have been traveling with them for the last 5 years. i have never been mistreated by this company. in fact the involvement of the directors of the company adds a lot of personal touch to the way this company works.

i have a lot of regard and affection for the leaders of this company and for the way the operations are handled.

I believe this company is one of the worst company in travel industry.P Lease prefer a good brand This lady is jain lady and also says that she believes jains as their family members but the scenario is totally different even she don't pays to her vendor i met one of my friend with whom she cheated and took his money and did not paid his dues she is a very very clever lady>i request everyone don't use this company services

I agree with everyone who so over are giving negative feedback.I belong to a rich jain family and also being victim of their poor service ...once i went with my family to Malaysia in 2006 and this company's service is very very poor.I waited for car on airport for 3 hrs nobody came to pick me and then i called back to india their office was closed due to Sunday holiday so no one helped i somehow managed and paid the taxi cost also their owner promised me to reimburse that amount but she never reimbursed, hotels were totoaly of poor nature, the guy in kl was not corp orating so it was all messy trip ..
PLEASE I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY SERVICE GO FOR A BRAND INSTEAD...

Thank God that I read these comments. I was in discussion with them and today I was about to send them the payments for 6 people trip to Hongkong - Maccau. As a habit I serched for feedback on their services and am quite shaken. However thank you all since you saved me from a poor operator. Who can suggest a good company for above tour please?

Before booking they are available all the time and after that they even don"t know waht are you talking about. Sandeep ( Tour Manager ) is a fake guy, Surbi ( Tour Manager ) is a fake girl and Mrs. Sapna Jain M.D is the mother of all fake people.

has anyone taken a group europe package with these guys? can someone give a feedback about experiences on the trip

hey this is very true that this company always offers very good commitments and make false promises but when the payment comes to them they don't bother for customers i have worked with them and they promised me appraisal but when i went to Mrs.Sapna Jain she denied about any commitment and also while i was in the company i saw same things in the company...how to make fool of customers

Just returned from their europe trip

It was a nightmare


On the last day they fleeced me with additional amount for the trip
since i already had made payment to them i was in a soup.

1 They said some part of payment will be in euro.Since euro dipped drastically i thought i will end up paying less-but they did not agree
2 They changed the schedule of travel completely without our knowledge
3 They give just one or 2 hours to travel at one place-you end up spending only few minutes at these spots.
3 in london they showed us everything sitting in a bus
2 In paris they gave us 30 minuteds to view museum
3 In paris they showed most of monuments by bus - no time to get down
4 In cologne in paris they took us to a market without showing any tourist place
5 In venice they gave just 2 hours to go and come back
6 In eiffel tower they just took at 2nd level instead of 3rd level
7 Most of the hotels we stayed were in small towns away from the main cities - giving no access to city.
8 In brussels they showed most of the monuments by bus

ONGC had booked a full trip with them and they had to go to police and media to ensure their trip


God save anyone who wants to visit europe through them

I totally agree with all those having negative feedback about Paras Travels. They are a group pf complete fraud people (By all of them, I mean each and every one of them be it the clerk, marketing girls or their MD).
They are not at all worth relying on. Few people to name are Juhi (Marketing), Ratan (Visa Deptt.), their MD Naveen Jain & Sapna Jain. All are a big time fraud. Please be aware of them AND DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE OF CHOOSING PARAS TRAVELS FOR YOUR ANY KIND OF TRIP.

Hey I agree with all you guys they also dont pay their vendors properly and also try to settle bills by huge deductions dont deal with this company...

hey i completely agree with all the comments above... we went to the europe tour by this agency this year in june and all the commitments made by this company was totally fake. our tour manager was surbhi. firstly she delayed our tour to another date because of delay in their own services for visa applications. the guide of our tour was himself new so how could he show us all the tourist places... he himself was into earning money from us by any means...he took money for the sight seeing from us again and didnt even show anything. the accomodation facilities were poor.. hotels were far away from the cities and the guide used to stop the bus far away from the hotel at midnight and we had to walk by ourselves carrying the luggage.we were not given time for shopping and visiting good places because the guide was unaware about everything.
Now after returning we are trying to be in touch with surbhi and other people handling the tour but no one is attending our calls.we even used to call from our tour itself but the people in the office didnt consider our complaints... before everyday they used to correspond with us because they needed their money.. they dont have the value of the money we spent on them. agency with all these false commitments and poor customer service i request the visa officials to not provide visa to certain agencies who cant even keep their words and there only need is to earn money from naive people who suffered a lot because of paras holidays tours.
P.S. surbhi even said to us that we'll arrange a meeting with the director but we didnt get any call for the meeting...still waiting..

The company is more or less a bunch of fool and illitrate people. In this bull Paras company there are more directors then employes & the wonder
is all of these directors are totaly illitrate. Nonsence directors know only how to dig out money from their client's pocket. Forutnately, i got to meet one of the paras customer who was suffering from Parasphobia and i stopped my payment. The Dog & famously known as Mr Jain & Mrs Jain do not
even talk to those whom they bite. I strongly recomend to inocent clients like
me not to travel with Paras. Mr Dog is such an hole who even do not know how to talk with ladies, once he opens his mouth you can have a lots of lots of & [censored]t. once for my booking i went to their office (address is like you are searching for a saree shop), there i saw thundring action between Police & MDs & clients. It was for demanding money from clients for the services which they even did not book. That day i thought it was as normal as anything. but repeatedly 3 times. i came to know realty about these m*****[censored]rs. I hope after reading this you will not be going to this saree shop.

Hey Guys I searched about this company and saw all these comments but still thy convinced me for trip and it was HELL!

Please never book any travel through this agency paras holidays.their Md is actually a lady.When i talked to her regarding these comments she said all have been posted by their competitors...Now i have actually came to know about the situation..

Please never choose paras holidays as your travel agent otherwise you will repel your decision

Choose a good brand...
