DEAR SIR MADAM,
I WOULD LIKE TO BRING THE FOLLOWING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE FOR DOING NEEDFUL AT YOUR END PLEASE:
I HAD PURCHASED 03 UNITS FOR A SUM OF RS 16,500.00 FROM THE COMPANY (PARASRAMPURIA PLANTATIONS LTD., MITTAL TOWERS, A- WING-III FLOOR, NARIMAN POINT, MUBAI-400021.THE COMPANY ISSUED THE UNIT CERTIFICATES DATED[protected].THESE CERTIFICATES HAD BEEN MATURED ON[protected].ACCORDINGLY, I SENT THESE CERTIFICATES (AFTER DUE FORMALITIES) TO THE COMPANY FOR REPAYMENT OF THE MATURITY VALUE TO ME.BUT THE COMPANY FAILED TO MAKE ME THE REPAYMENTS.
THEN I SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINTS IN THIS REGARD TO- (i) R.B.I. (ii) HON'BLE COMPANY LAW BOARD AND (iii) SEBI.
THE SEBI VIDS ITS LETTER NO. SEBI/PLTN/ACK.REF.NO./2004/0050298/01, DATED[protected],INFORMED THAT "SEBI HAS ALREADY INITIATED PROSECUTION PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE ERRING ENTITIES AND THEIR DIRECTORS". AFTER THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN HEARD FROM THE SEBI NOR FROM ANY OTHER AUTHORITIES FOR THE REPAYMENTS.EVEN AFTER ABOUT 17 YEARS OF MY DEPOSITS, NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AGAINST MY DEPOSITS.THIS IS THE SYSTEM AND LAW OF OUR COUNTRY. COULD YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING IN THIS REGARD.

I have purchased 10 Units in Parasrampuria Plantations investing Rs 55000/-, and has been trying with the Company to know further about my investment. However, there is no response from the Company. I have not received any dividend or returns on this investment for the last 20 years. There is no response from the Company to my repeated communication.

I do not know what should be the remedy for getting our money which is stuck in this dud organisation.

While cleaning I found 3 certificates which are matured, I tried calling the company I was unable to reach them,
While checking I found this forum that money is still not paid for matured certificates,
We need to form a group on what's app & collectively need to file a case against the company via consumer court or SEBI,

I have invested Rs. 5000 in Parasrampuria Plantation Ltd.in 1993 with a term that I will get Rs. 5000 at the end of 6th year and Rs. 5000 at the end of 11th year. It is more than 26 years I have not received any return.
Having put hard earned money I feel cheated by the company.
