[Resolved]  Parle Agro — Spurious / adulterated beverage

I have lodged two complaints on 14 july2012 and 22july 2012 to customer care of parle agro. The company has not bothered to respond to my complaints. Following is the transcript of the complaint send to them: i have purchased a 2 lt bottle of frooti, batch no and date mfg 14. 06. 12 etm m11 from a local grocery shop at vasundhara, ghaziabad, u. P. The drink has a strange odour which usually emanates from expired or rotten products. I have not consumed it and have kept it for your inspection. If you have more product of same batch it would be wise to remove them as they could be health hazard.
Your toll free no are worthless as i have been trying them for last 15 days with no response. We expect more from a reputed company like parle.
