[Resolved]  Passport Office — Spelling mistake in husband name

Sir,
By mistakenly, I submitted my Passport Renewal application with a spelling mistake in my spouse name. Right now I'm working abroad and I would like to bring my family with me. I need your kind suggestion, what is the procedure to get the name of my spouse corrected in my passport.

Dear Sir,
I have received a passport of my 4 year old son Divya Kalpeshbhai Patel but there is a spelling mistake in the passport.
Instead of Divya, it has been written Diya. The original name in the application is Divya. So pl. guide us what we should do now.

Hi Sir,

I have received a passport 3 months back but there is a spelling mistake in the passport.

District name is wrongly printed instead of Kadapa, it has been printed as kadpa.

Can please give the information is this mistake will make problem or no?

I received my passport recently but there is a spelling mistake in my husband name. What is the procedure to get it corrected ?

Which form do i need to fill and what all documents do i need to submit to passport office ? and also this mistake is done by Passport officials coz I wrote my husband name correctly when I filled the application form.

Is the request for name chage is chargable ?
