[Resolved] Passport Office — Action for printing initiated | |||
Dear Sir, I have applied passport on 30th May 2014, police verification done on next day 31st May 2014.But from 3rd June my passport status is showing Police Report has been submitted by Commissioner Office, District Bangalore and action for passport printing is initiated, to be followed by lamination, signing, quality check and dispatch. How long now to wait for the passport to arrive. I had applied on Application Received on Date 17/01/2017 and the first police verification was not clear because the person who did verification put a wrong date on day on the application and again verification was done on 19/02/2017 and Police as submitted clear report on 21/02/2017 . Because of the police it got delayed for a month now . Now the status is -

Passport has been printed and applicant would receive an sms/e-mail once the passport is dispatched.
i got this message on 25-april-2017. now today is may 2 nd 2017. Now Still it is in the same status. I don't know how long i have to wait.

I had applied for my passport renewal on 28th April 2017. Police verification got done on 11th May 2017. Since then the same status is appearing for my passport as other applicants have also cited above.

This message has not changed ever since then. Calling the national psk toll free number did not help since they just read the same message out to me.
Please someone help with the situation here because I need the passport very urgently. My file no. is "BN[protected]"
