I beg to draw your kind attention towards urgent need of the passport.
This is Vinit kumar jiwrajika, s/o:-Sushil prashad jiwrajika. I applied for my passport on 15 JAN 2009 in the Muzaffarpur post office, sir according to internet status it is written that your police report is adverse because at the time of enquiry I was in pune, sir I want to say you that I am doing MBA from pune as a full time course, so I am unable to reside there for longer period, after applying i was still there for 10 days but during that period there was no enquiry, sir during this MBA program there was one year international internship, now there is urgent requirement of passport, sir I beg you to please issue my passport, sir please give me this opportunity, Sir please send one mail for my request .for this I will always ever pray for u.

INTRODUCTION : JOB CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITION

This Contract constitutes the entire Terms & Condition between Drillog Petro-Dynamics Ltd and Employee (Ganga Singh) Both parties revoke all prior or contemporaneous oral or written terms and conditions between them that are inconsistent with this Contract. In the event of a dispute between the parties regarding the Contract, this Contract will be deemed to have been drafted by the parties in equal parts so that no presumptions or inferences concerning its terms or interpretation may be construed against any party to this Contract.

With reference to your resume/curriculum Vitae received for the 2010 Drillog Petro-Dynamics job/contract engagement process, you have been found qualified and selected for a job/engagement position by the Human Resources Department of Drillog Petro-Dynamics Nigeria Ltd.
Your services are hereby engaged as one of our expatriates “Executive Director “ to commence work upon accepting the below terms and conditions .

CONTRACT TERMS & CONDTITION:

Job Description










RESPONSIBILITIES

The executive director shall have general charge of the operations and administration of the public utilities staff. It shall be the duty and responsibility of the executive director to supervise and manage the offices and personnel on the public utilities staff and formulate written policies and procedures for the effective and efficient operation thereof. The executive director shall be responsible for hiring persons on the staff who meet established qualifications for comparable positions of duty and responsibility. The public utilities staff as formerly Economic and Planning Division, Legal Division, Engineering Division, Accounting Division and Administrative Services Division. Also The Executive Director shall manage all committees and contract employees. The Executive Director is to manage the day to day operations of the association. This includes but limited to operating the organization at a surplus, act as liaison between the Executive Committee and the Committee Directors and continue to develop membership strategy to attracting new members and retaining existing members. The Executive Director will manage the Nominating Committee. The Executive Director will uphold the Constitution and By-Laws and recommend Amendments to better serve the organization and its members.


(2) The following personnel and members of the public utilities staff shall be competitively appointed by the executive director and shall have at least the knowledge, skills and abilities set forth herein. These requirements shall not be waived, and possession thereof shall be certified by the State Personnel Board.

(3) A Chief engineer who is a graduate licensed engineer and who has a thorough knowledge of engineering principles as applied to the design, construction, operation, maintenance and expansion o[censored]tility facilities and rate structure determination. The chief engineer shall possess a thorough knowledge of techniques and practices of public utility service and regulation and shall have the ability to evaluate same and to formulate accurate conclusions therefrom.




ENTITLEMENTS
SALARY : Salary shall be paid monthly at $10, 000.00 USD after tax .
TRAVEL : Drillog Petro-Dynamics shall pay each intercontinental trip $3, 000.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase. Drillog Petro-Dynamics shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family.

WEEKEND/PUBLIC HOLIDAY DUTYALLOWANCE
Where an employee is required to be on duty on Saturdays, Sundays and Gazette public holidays, he will be paid as follows:
Total Performance: 9.0%- for work done for 6hours and above
Partial Performance: 4.5%- for work done for 3 hours but not up to 6 hours
Transport Allowance: $300. 00 USD per day worked
Meal Allowance: $80.00 USD per day worked

Presence Weekend (PW), this rule will apply to periods arising from delays in evacuating the field, location site or office according to the arrangements subsisting between the employee and the Department in question.

SHIFT ALLOWANCE
Drillog Petro-Dynamics /Employer shall pay shift allowance of $850.00 USD only per shift to employees who work on shift either in the offices or fields.

COMPASSIONATE LEAVE
In the event of death or serious illness of employees’ father, mother, wife husband or child, necessitating presence of staff, Drillog Petro-Dynamics /Employer shall grant compassionate leave with pay up to a maximum of 18 working days per year.



HOURS OF WORK
The standard working hours shall be 40 hours, 5-day working week; Monday to Friday inclusive.Saturdays, Sundays and Gazette public Holidays shall be rest days. However, some employees’ who work on Shift may have different work hours and rest days other than Saturdays And Sundays.


FIELD LOCATION
Employees’ in the field shall work in accordance with the roster in Operation in a particular location. Hours of work and daily starting and Closing times will be determined in each location to suit operational Needs. Should there be a need to vary existing hours or introduce new Hours of work, the employee will be given prior notification.


INTERNATIONALIZATION OF EMPLOYEE
Employees’ shall be given the opportunity for international assignments Within the group for the acquisition of experience and exposure to enhance their competence and not limited to job engagements as shall Be required by the Drillog Petro-Dynamics


VACATION
Employees' shall be authorized Four (4) times paid vacation during the term of the contract, to be used at the employees ‘discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from employer’s management.



EMPLOYMENT STATUS
This engagement is a family status employment as such, employees’ are fully allowed to make job engagement trip with their family if deemed necessary by employee and shall be accommodated by the Drillog Petro-Dynamics for duration of contrac


ACCOMMODATION

Drillog Petro-Dynamics shall provide for employees quality single or family housing accommodation in the Drillog Petro-Dynamics housing upon employees’ preference of accommodation type.

a) Single Accommodation:

This will be a Three (3) Bedrooms Flat bungalow inclusive of a sitting room and Two (2) rooms detached for employees’ domestic staff.

b) Family Accommodation:

This will be a Six (6) Bedrooms Flat bungalow inclusive of Two (2)
Sitting rooms and Four (4) rooms detached for employees
Domestic staff.

c) Drillog Petro-Dynamics shall also make monthly payment to employees’domestic staff for duration of job engagement with the Drillog Petro-Dynamics .

MEDICAL, DENTAL AND OPTICAL
Drillog Petro-Dynamics shall provide free Medical, Dental and Optical care for employees’ registered dependents (a spouse and maximum of 6 Children, not more than 25 years of age.


INEVITABLES
i. Notwithstanding any thing herein stated, neither party shall be considered in default in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of Force Majored.
The term “Force Major” shall include but not limited to Act of God, War, Nation wide strike, Lockout,



Riot and Civil commotion. A strike or Lockout embarked upon by only the EMPLOYEE.
ii.. If an interruption of work occurs as a result of “Force Major” for up to seven (7) days, 85% of the basic daily fees shall be paid as standby.
However, if such suspension results in EMPLOYEE not being able to perform its duties for more than
seven (7) days, then Drillog Petro-Dynamics may at its option elect to continue the implementation of this agreement at adjusted standby rates to be negotiated by Drillog Petro-Dynamics and EMPLOYEE or to terminate the contract.


EFFECTS OF LEGISLATION
Where the Government of the Nigeria either by legislation or administrative pronouncement, provides for new and/or additional benefits, includes increase in salaries or directs that such benefits should apply to private sector, the Drillog Petro-Dynamics and employee shall meet to discuss the new measures.


DISCIPLINE
The employee recognizes the right of the Drillog Petro-Dynamics to discipline staff for infringement of company regulations; however the company shall formally discuss with the employee any disciplinary action to be taken thereafter which may result in suspension, termination or dismissal.


TERMINATION
In addition, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment of any staff who flagrantly or repeatedly fails to comply with the company’s code of conduct or commits an offence of a magnitude that the company considers him unsuitable to be in its employment.

SUMMARY DISMISSAL
In rare cases, an employee may be dismissed for the commission of a grave offence, in which case no notice is given. Such offences shall include inter-alias.
a) Theft and fraud in connection with company’s business or property. Any staff found guilty or implicated in any of these offences may be liable to prosecution.
b) Disclosure of confidential information of the company or its
Associate to a third party.
b) Conviction and/or imprisonment for criminal offence.

The Employee’s High Commission, Embassy/Consulate shall be given benefit of consultation in any case involving the dismissal of its citizens as such, Employee will also be given the chance of fair hearing and proper investigation prior to decisions conclusion


OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER:

a) Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available
Phones: the employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile
telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

b) Local transportation: Shall be fully provided for employee by employer.

C. Office Space
Adequate private office space in a conducive and comfortable work environment shall be provided for
each employee.

I received same context of letter(diffrent job position and monthly rate) from drillog petro dynamics, ltd. Is this true or just a scam? I was even called thru phone by Peter Triebel. I'm too confused of it.
