[Resolved] Passport Office — I CAN NOT RECEIVE MY PASSPORT | |
Dear Sir, I have submitted my passport application form on Dt.[protected] and the police verification is being completed on Dt.[protected] at local police station in TILAK NAGAR.I got a letter from PASSPORT OFFICE in this letter they wrote to me ( submit furnish attested copy of 10th/12th certificate for clarification of date of birth.) I SUBMIT MY ATTESTED COPY OF 10th CERTIFICATE FOR CLARIFICATION OF DATE OF BIRTH. THEN THE OFFICER TOLD ME YOU ARE RECIVE YOUR PASSPOPRT AFTER ONE WEEK. I have submitted my passport form on 5.5.2009. My file ref no.A[protected]. My residential address is as below-

P.O.- Ichapur
Nawabgunge
PS-Noapara, North 24 Pgs.
From local police station verification was done on 11.1.2010. I had submitted all documents as required. Inspite of that till now I have not received my passport. Please verify the same as soon as possible and contact me at [protected]@gmail.com.
