Delay in fresh passport

I Mohit Kheterpal applied for fresh Passport Application on GZBA073535 on 28.12.2011 till today 04.07.2012 i didnot received my passport. enquiry already over but on status is showing that Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined, i cant understand why its taking this much long time, police verfication already over three ago but till today is showing pending. i request you to please help me to get my passport at the earliest and oblige.
