[Resolved] Passport Office, Jalandhar — misprint in name

B BHAMIDIPATI SREE RAMA CHANDRA MURTHY from Hyderabad, Telangana

I have applied for passport with the name BHAMIDIPATI SREE RAMA CHANDRA MURTHY. But when i received my passport it came with a small misprint as BHAMIDIPATI SREE RAMA CHANDRA MURTHUY. A small misprint in MURTHY, there is an extra added U in that, I would like to have my passport without mistake.I don't know what to do and how to follow up or whom to follow up. Dear Sir,

I have applied for a passport.My application No. is Z324735. I was told that i must receive my passport with in 45-60 days from the date of application.Till date i have not received my passport. only because of the i missed my September Semester in Canadian University.I have confirmed the status of the passport from Suvidha Centre and i have been told that my application has not been registered on your system and it will take another two months for the process to be completed.
Now i wish to withdraw my application from your office. Kindly cancel the same so that i can apply a fresh application for a Tatkal Passport in Amritsar Passport Office.

Passport Office, Jalandhar — delay in delivering passport

Hello sir, Ihave renewed my passport in the month of may 2011. there was a mistake that they printed as ECR REQUIRED.I want to cancel it because i am a post graduate.I have applied at jalandhar on 22.09.2011.Till now i didnt receive my passport. There is no response from passport office.I dont know why they are ill-treating customers.Now wt i have to do?
