[Resolved]  Electrolux India — Pathetic customer service by Electrolux

Never ever buy Electrolux product, i bought refrigertor from Vasanth n Co, chennai and now it is totally non operational.. on contacting customer service, they are kep on delaying.. i still remember how the sales rep was luring me to buy this.. i really repent now..

I had purchased a room air conditioning system 1.5 Ton from R.P. Electronics, agartala, Tripura west.( mobile no of R.P Electr. -[protected])
From the begining we have been suffering different types of problems with the machine, accordingly we contacted to the , and the service we had from them was very irregular and with the worst experience. Now for 5 days we are suffering with a critical problem in the machine. And whenever we contact your local service provider, they worstly negleted the matter, so we are proceding the matter to you for looking after and to take action with 2 days , otherwise we shall be bound to take legal action against the Local dealer as well as kelvinetor. which will be the best way to stop your business here, if it is published in the news paper.
So, for getting the best result you should take immediate action.

on 1/1/2008 i bought the oven from electrolux dealor, it was failed on the same day on demo and till date i am coordinating witht he service people for the replacement of the unit and it has been serviced once. again it is failed. the response by the call center in chennai and the response for the company is very very poor.
have gone thru the complaints and i fully agree with the service criteria of Elektrolux.What surprises me is that this is one of the few companies whose service technician telle the customer on the face that they are free to take any action they want because these talks do not effect company like Elecktrolux.
i got a Ac . not working properly.
not not repaired even after a week of complaint.
worst service.

I purchased an 'Electrolux' double door fridge from 'NEXT' outlet in Kharghar. It is not at all working and a mechanic from came after a long wait and he advised that it had to be taken to workshop but it didnt happen. As I made repeated complaints to NEXT showroom and officials of Electrolux with many reminders but nothing is done uptil now. can anything be done from your side to getthe fridge okayed.

I purchased an "electrolux washing machine m.no.EWS622KCGO is in warrenty periode.i am complaint on date 30/07/2008 complaint no.is 8c[protected](hyderabad centre) technician was came say gear box is not working parts is not available from Aurangabad.so kindly request to you send immidiatly to Hyderbad servise centre and repair immidiatly. this is true that electrolux is very poor in their service and I doubt if they really have a proper QC process to check what they are selling. It should be taken very seriously and Authorities should teach a lesson to comany to maintain quoality of product as well as their service coz quoality wise they are frustrating.
I have purchased electrolux 1.5 ton window ac from Croma, lower parel. I have purchased it for good sleep and comfortable sleep and from the day of installation I could not sleep properly because of huge noise of ac.

It creat lot of noise compare to all other ac brands, but I hope company like electrolux will take appropriate action as the complaints about ac are increasing constantly.
I have still bitter experience. During the peak summer the 1.5 T Electrolux AC installed in my residence failed 8th May. I lodged complained vide complain No.BBS-[protected] at the authorised service center Satya Nagar, Bhubaneswar. The unbearable scortching heat of summer kept on increasing over and above the threats of Global warming.

The Service Provider was kind enough to send the Technician next day who on inspection concluded that the Compressor of the AC unit has to be replaced and they would do that the next day.

Nothing happened next day. On following the complaints, I learnt that there is no stock of compressor and this has to come from Chennai/Kolkata.

I digested all the irritations and kept myself cool the whole summer despite domestic pressure and .
My repeated telephone calls, follow ups yeilded no results. The idea of consumer court hunted me time and again. Yet as a disciplined soldier, I am still hopeful but not sure how long they will take to redress my grievance, After summer ??, after Rainy or in coming Winter ???

Hope management of Electrolux will realise this pityful condition of Aam Cosumer and take necessary corrective steps.
i am a user of washing machine (electrolux) but it is not working properly and its cover of the sppining part is broken since i have registered a complaint to the local dealer he is till now not able to give the proper response towards it and only he is doing that misleading us by which we are facing alot of problem. and decided now that neither we and nor from our relatives or any person whom we know and they ask any suggestion for the equipments to buy we are certainly not gonna recommend anymore for this brand, and now we are going to move to the consumer forum for the same.

purchased an 'Electrolux' fridge from 'shivshakti electronics' outlet in pune. It is not at all working and in return of our complain there is no any corrective action been taken by the service provider. but nothing is done uptil now. can anything be done from your side to getthe fridge okayed. Electrolux AC Machine — Ac not working properly

My ac is not working properly.Dealer says go to company.I cannot find any contacts of the company.I am really frustrated about this ac.Can anyone provide me the contacts of electrolux ac.
Electrolux is the worst product to buy, they have pathetic After sales service and despite of calling repetedly nothing happens. No one care to respond or to look into the issue. No matter who so ever you call up, nthing happens. Not even the Head incharge responds. All you get is an assurance of you rmatter to be taken up on priority ans someone from the service center will get in touch. Nothing happens, you just keep on wasting time and money in following up these guys and no action taken. These guys are least bothered.

Electrolux Refrigerator — Pathetic Product and Customer Service

Hi,

THis is to convey my utter disappointment over the Electrolux Products and ITS CUSTOMER CARE. This company is full of fraud people who don't care of their customers. We purchased a Electrolux refrigerator 3 years back and till now it has not functioned properly. We are sick and tired of calling Electrolux Customer care but after repeated assurances from them, they FAIL TO VISIT .


I would suggest people NOT TO PURCHASE anything from Electrolux.

I had similar bad experience with the Local Electrolux Dealer. I had purchased 0.8T Electrolux
Split A/c From Priti Electronics Durgapur (West Bengal)on 13-7-11. The Installation Mechanic took away the Operating Instruction Manual saying that Gurantee/Warrenty Card will be entered on the back side of the manual. But till today 12-10-11. No response from te dealer eventhough full payment
has been made. Repeated phone calls have resulted in no response.

Would some one help me in getting the operating manual for this model which is SB23-CDE1-CR
