[Resolved] Pattammal Gas agency — Non-receipt of LPG Gas | |||
Consumer No. 41802 – Pattammal Gas Agency, Tambaram I am the subscriber of Indane Gas from the above Agency. Since I am a single person, I used to book Gas once in two months. The last time I booked Gas was on April 2011 and I was to book Gas in July that I got serious illness and admitted in the hospital for 15 days and got discharged and went to my daughter’s place and hence could not do the booking. When I contacted the Agency for booking in September, they asked me to submit all relevant documents and I submitted the same on September 30, 2011 and it has been verified by the Agency on December 22, 2011. Even after verifying all the documents I am unable to book the Gas and hence I request you to kindly take immediate action to ensure that I am able to book the gas at the earliest. LP GAS — non receipt of gas
Dear Sir,My Gas No. 605360 which i have booked on 16th Jan 2010 is still not received by me till today 06/02/10. I am a customer of Tatini Sales Corp. I have called their office on 29th Jan 2010 asking for status of the gas for which they replied that I will receive on 1st or 2nd Feb. Again on 4th Feb I called up for the status of the gas they now replied that they have not received any slip for the delivery. I find this very strange and irrational. Please help n advise when I would receive the gas or do I think that they are waiting for the implementation of the price hike to earn the extra INR 100.00
