[Resolved] Paytm — Failed recharge..but showing successful | |||
Dear Sir, Today i recharged my cell [protected] ... with Rs 99 ( Net Plan ) and i got a message confirmation that recharge is successful I started using net, later realising that all my main balance (more than 200 Rs )became 0 in just 10 mints and they dont even have customer care to whom we can redress our complain ...just a email service Even if they refund my 99.. who will take responsiblity for over Rs 200 and the harassment .. coz we charge from paytm to say time... I am in urgent need to use net... now should i again recharge ??? again 99 gone...
