[Resolved] Paytm.com — Refund Request for failed recharge of Videocon D2h | |||
Dear Concern, I made recharge from www.paytm.com on 3rd August 2013 for Videocon d2h # 34618076 worth Rs.500/- with order No.[protected] from my registered account [protected]. But Recharge failed due to some technical glitch with Videocon I guess. From that day I’m continuously mailing on [protected]@paytm.com for my refund of Rs.500/- to my paytm cash account for failed recharge. One of their executive Mr. Jagdip had called me on Thursday 22nd August 2013 & discussed all issue & told me that refund will be given in 24 hours, but till date I haven’t received any refund from their side. Also I’m getting same reply from Mr. Saurabh & Mr. Prashant. They are giving me wrong reference no. for my recharge. Also I have confirmed reference no’s to Videocon D2H customer care, they are saying that the reference no. is invalid / does not exist. Please look in the matter & ask them refund my money to paytm cash account ASAP.
