It is submitted that I, Col M S Chauhan, retired from service on 25 Feb 2008. I have a saving A/C No. [protected] in the SBI Jaipur Cantonment Branch.
My PPO No. M/003888/2009 dated 24 Jul 2009 was issued by Office of the Principal CDA(Pension) Allahabad. Inspite completion all relevent documentation my pension and other dues have not been disburse to me.
It is requested that my pension dues be disburse to me at the earliest, as I am facing financial hardships.
