[Resolved]  Penta — NON DELIVERY OF ITEM AFTER RECEIVE PAYMENT

I had booked Penta Tab and received booking No.PENT0013290, the company vide their e-mail dt.09/05/2012 asked me to deposit Rs.3250/- +2Gdata plan bank charges of Rs.25/- in Punjab National Bank, accordingly on 14/05/2012 I deposited cash in PNB KATHAURA 001471 Branch vide challan downloaded from the company's e-mail which was attached and was informed that the above Penta Tab would be delivered within 96 hours.
Now its more than 20 Days and I have not receive the Tab nor any reply to my e-mails sent to the Co. The Telephone Nos. displayed in the letter as contacts is found to be switched off or busy . The Company told that 4-5 lakhs Tablet were booked . But where are the Tablets. It appears that the customer who have paid the money for Penta Tab IS701R are being taken for a ride.
I request you to kindly look in the matter and do justice since the Penta Technologies are not responding to my mail .

I have booked a tablet from the Pantel Technologies online. Pre booking ID 41226. After few days they have asked me to deposit the amount in PNB bank as the product is ready for delivery and the company has asked me to confirm the payment within 24 hours and will be informed through mail. i had made payment on 8-May-2012, its still not delievered. their all customer care numbers are so busy becouz they are not even picking up the phone.I think this was a fraud of collaboration with BSNL.

THEY DO NOT ENTER MY COMPLAINT AND CUT CALL WITHOUT VOICE, IT IS GOOD IDEA!!!
WHAT CAN I DO,
THINK INDIAN’S, CHINA TP’S IS BETTER WAY TO BUY IN SHOP.
I WAST OF TIME AND MONEY MORE THEN TWO MONTHS
I am also one of the victim. I have deposited the amount on 17.05.2012 through PNB Pantel confirmed the payment receipt . I have send the scan copy of payment challan/ receipt. according toi them my payment is still on verification mode "sorry for inconvenience" and "appologize for delay " "will dispatch soon" / this week (?????) It is going on.
