Pepperfry — Not all items delivered

I ordered two items king size cot and wooden drawers. The courier guy however delivered(5 days late from the promised) only one item(cot) , drawer was missing, but the bill and invoice shows both under single shipment. The delivery guy seems to be unaware, when contacted pepperfry they said within 48 hrs they will get back, but when they didn't I called again and this time they asked for another 48 hrs and asked to call them again and check. Even the cot which was delivered has slight damage.

Seeing so many negative reviews about them I don't know what will happen to my ordered product. Since I have taken EMI through credit card I can probably stop payment of the next EMI so that I won't loose any money. Hope that works out.
