PETROCALGARY CARRIERS/ CARIBBEANRESUME.COM IS COMPANY FRAUDULENT THAT: STEALS, TRICKS, FALSIFIED PUBLIC DOCUMENTS AND EXTORTION, THESE OFFENDERS ARE CINIC, NOW THEY SAY, THAT I AM A THIEF, THEN I WILL TRY WITH SOME EVIDENCE THAT THEY ARE THE WORST CRIMINAL:

I HAVE ATTACHED THE DOCUMENTS FOR THAT WHATEVER PERSON CAN VERIFY MY INFORMATION, MY PASSPORT AND MY CITIZENSHIP BECAUSE I DON'T NEED TO HIDE, I ALSO HAVE HAVE ATTACHED THE REPORT OF CANADA GOVERMENT THAT ARRIVED VERY LATE, WHERE SAY THAT THEY ARE FRAUDULENT;

This is in response to your e-mail of September 10, 2009, addressed to the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, about being the victim of an internet visa fraud.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) strongly cautions our clients to be wary of fraudulent immigration representatives who offer jobs, visas, or work permits in Canada through the internet. Our sources indicate that these individuals operate outside Canada and may be outside the reach of Canadian law. Their use of protected logos, CIC corporate signatures, Canadian flag, coat of arms, etc. has not been authorized.

Beware of Internet organizations who request payment through electronic money transfers. They may charge you for services that they cannot provide. These methods are contrary to the official procedures for the payment of CIC services. Sending your personal or biographical information and documents to such persons could result in identity theft or fraud. Finding out who you are dealing with can be very difficult and sometimes impossible.

CIC has published a fraud advisory warning on its Web site at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/notice-fraud.asp. On this site, you will find all the official procedures and kits necessary for applying for immigration services and visas. Applications to visit, study and work or to immigrate pemanently to Canada must be submitted to Canadian embassies, high commissions or consulates abroad and not to any internet organization. Thank you for your e-mail. I checked the status of your shipment in our tracking system, and our records indicate that your package has not been scanned.

At this point, a package investigation is required to further research this shipment. We strongly suggest that you contact the shipper of the package and request that they initiate an investigation. Shippers are encouraged to report lost packages because receivers may not have all the shipment information needed to perform a thorough investigation. In addition, claim notification letters are not sent to receivers. All claims are settled with the shipper.

However, if you prefer to initiate the investigation yourself online, you need to be a registered ups.com user. If you have not registered with ups.com, simply select the Register link in the right column once you are prompted to log-in.

I NEED THAT EVERYONE HELP ME TO SPREAD THIS MESAGGE FOR CAN CAPTURE THESE OFFENDERS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO ANSWER BY THEIR CRIMES.
