[Resolved] Pf Office Gurgaon — Claim Not received against ACCOUNT NO.GNGGN0025 | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I am Raju Kumar S/O R.N.Prasad writing to seek your help in my PF issue. After getting all thee paper work done from my company J.K.Enterprises ( gurgaon), where i worked for near about 4years and 6 monthes(April 2006 to til April' 10), i sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office on 28the May 2011 I was told theat it takes about 8 Monthes to get thee money but till today it is more thean 90 days and notheing has been credited to my account. I have check thee status of claim on web site message shown to rejected your claim due to reason your company have not been submitted to 3/6 A foam my company has been closed but i have try to my best affords and provided thee copay of 3/6 a foam last monthe when company was closing but when i reach thee office and request to submit thee foam thee claim office (Mr. Shiddu) talk very rudely and not entertain to me and he says theat if you want thee claim theen submitt all thee employee data work in your company but sir i am employer how can it is possible provide thee company data sir i am really very depressed and thee i have last option to write thee complaint.pf office office can't help and no body interested to settlement in my claim theerefore i request you to look into thee matter . looking forward to your cooperation. Form 10C has been rejected

I am Rakesh Rai woked in Lanco Infra tech LTD and resigned my job on 15th May. I have applied for Pf on march 2012.and I view the status on online, i had seen the details on website, it shows, your Form 10C has been rejected and the form will dispatch to your concern address. but still I have not received the form and I do not know the reason for rejected.
I have grievance registered in EPFiGMS vide Registration number HRGGN/E/2013/02595 and has been sent to:
Officer's Name :BEERBAL MEENA
Address of the concerned Officer : EPFO, RO, Gurgaon.
But till now no response Mr. Beerbal Meena I am help less. kindly I request to you please release my balance amount .

I was working with Mudra online technology Pvt Ltd. I had requested for my PF withdrawal, The Company had submitted PF, and my PF account no is GN/GGN/103996/000/00004720. After getting all the paper work done from my Company till date nothing has been credited to my account since the 4 month.
Requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

PF Office — No PF received
SirI was working with Suven Life sciences, hyderabad upto 27-Apr-2009. I had requested for my PF withdrawal. The company had submitted the form on 29th July-2009, MY PF account no is AP/24545/1042.
I have been trying since september to get in touch with the people in PF office, but no response. There were other 2 people along with me from Suven Life sciences who had applied for PF withdrawal and they have recieved theirs in the month of september itself. My PF is still pending.
Requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
