My company have submitted my Scheme certificate application form in June 2007. On 24th Aug 2007 i received back my application form alongwith letter dated 24/08/2007 under above reference that we required to give birth certificates duly notorised. We immediately sent the same . After 2 months agains we received back the forms stating that the certicates have to be authorised by the Rashtriya athikari (Central Govt officers) . Again we sent the form alongwith certificates duly authorised by the Central govt employees on 26th June 2008 by courier to the PF office Delhi South, Skylark Building, Nehru palace, Delhi . That courier have been received by the PF official duly stamped. But till now we have not get any reply . We have been following it up through mail and over phone. I could not get any reply from them.
