Please help me for my pf settlement. And help me for what is pf settlement of trasfer process. I want to transfer my pf to my new pf account if you have any idea please reply...

Dear Sir,
I Ravitej Ramanna bearing PF no:MH/45665/59421had applied for PF settlement on Apr`08 but still not received the Settlement amount despite receiving a confirmation letter from PF Office - Thane on Apr`09.
The address from which the confirmation letter was received are as under:

My company have submitted my Scheme certificate application form in June 2007. On 24th Aug 2007 i received back my application form alongwith letter dated 24/08/2007 under above reference that we required to give birth certificates duly notorised. We immediately sent the same . After 2 months agains we received back the forms stating that the certicates have to be authorised...
