Dear Sir, I am based on Tamilnadu and had a change to work on Bangalore Info services. I leave the job on October 2007 on that day itself I given the PF withdraw form to their accounts team. After 8 month they are told my form was missed and they ask me to give again. i went to bangalore and given the forms again. Till now i am not received my money and I am not receiving nay update from them. Is there any way I can get my money without going my Ex employer. And I want to file case against for them please help me where I can put the case. I giving the company full address and who are involved in this name and mobile number. Please help them to work correctly. Company address. I have already sumbited a claim form to my IBM Info services , Gurgaon office on March2010, and now till i have not get the claimed money, so please help me, My PF number is below.Please help me.

Even I too have the same problem with this company, I resigned my job exactly 10 months back. I filled the PF claim form on the same day of my resign. But i haven't received any update so far regarding my PF account. As per the PF office website, the claim applicatoin is not submitted so far. But as per this company, the PF application has been submitted to the PF office. Even i was told the same story, and I was asked to refill the applications again since they missed the application somewhere.Not only to me, the same story is being told to eveyone who haven't received the PF amount. I am sure, this company is swallowing the employees money in the name of Provident Fund.
Many people left asking their PF money because of this companies response.
Also never I haven't received the PF deposit slip from this compay
It would be very greatfull if some one investigate on this.
