[Resolved]  Picsquare — Non receipt of my consignment

My consignment AWB [protected](PIC[protected]]]
was sent by Picsquare.com which costed me Rs.613.75. Though the company is showing the COD for delivery at my office address, the packet delivered by their courier agency i.e Overnite Courier is not
traceable. I have talked to them several times in this connection and
have requested Picsquare to take some corrective action in this regard
as the customer has not received what has been sent from your side. It
is again to be mentioned that the packet has not been delivered to me
but at the dispatch section in our office and it is the duty of the
Picsquare and Overnite Courier to deliver the packet at the desired
address which starts with the name of the customer and ends with the
mobile number.

Going by the ethics of business, Picsquare should have sent me the
reprints against my order but they are happily sitting on my money with
no delivery to the customer.Most important of all, Picsquare doesn't
feel responsible for the goo[censored]p.

I have time & again tried to bring to their notice (Ms Manjula[protected] ) that their responsibility doen't end at delivering
the consignment at the office address. It extends upto the delivery of
the same to the customer. It is where the Picsquare and the Overnite
courier has failed.Neither did the company informed me about the delivery of the packet at my dispatch section nor did the courier felt the need for the same though my mobile number was a part of my address and must have been mentioned at the address on the envelope.


You are therefore again requested to take action in this regard and oblige.
