[Resolved]  Picsquare — Late delivery of photos prints

The order for 2 photo prints were placed on 9th June. Usually it takes 3 days to print and send the photos. But in this case, until now (17th June), the photos are not delivered. This was first time I used PICSQUARE.. and this is worst time and definitely the last time. I wonder how this company is still in business... For sure they don't have a grievances addressal system (except for single customer support email and phone), complaint escalation system made available to customers... Just because they make lot of money now, doesn't mean they will keep doing so with this kind of business ethics... Strictly speaking, company would tell that terms and conditions state that delivery time is not controlled / binding by the company.. Even India post sends parcel to Europe in 7 working days..
