[Resolved]  pillsbury atta — Bad quality

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

We have been supplied the Pillsburu atta (10 kg) that seems to have sand in it.
This is becoming very usual that the packed raw materials of foods are of bad quality and that are sold by these biog traders. More details u can find in the text quoted below.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The email sent to M/s Bigbasket.com is self explanatory.
The batch no. SA110812B, Mfg. Date 11 Aug. 2012, 10 KG, Pillsbury Chakki Fresh Atta is bought by us through BigBasket.com

You have mentioned in your pack that the atta is full of "nutrients"

You have added some nutrient that is giving us the feeling that we are chewing sand!

What is this nutrient that has been added in your atta?. We have alreday tried 5-time now, made rotis and ate. But the "Nutrient" is still very strong. So we are writing to you to make you aware about the "So called High Quality food Product"

Now we have decided to send it to the food-testing lab to find the new invention that your company may have done to give best food to the Indians, who have the capacity to digest anything that you traders are supplying.

Please depute your testing experts, if you have any, to find out what is that is discovered by your company that is being distributed to the consumers mixed in the atta.

With reference to my order number BBO[protected] delivered on 16th Aug 2012, I would like to bring to your attention that the Pillsbury Atta (10kg) is not good quality. The atta has dust particles (sandy texture). This lot of atta is of really bad quality. Kindly arrange to replace the same with a better quality atta of different brand or refund the money.

Waiting for your prompt reply.

pillsbury atta — Poor quality

recently I purchased a 5kg pack of Pilsbury atta(mfg. dt. July2011). The atta after kneaded is turning black and the chapattis made are hard and tasting fermented. In the past I have used this product, but had no problem whatsoever. I was very dissapointed with the product as its from a reputed company. i cannot give back the atta to the shopkeepr, with whom I have also made a complaint as it has been opened and emptied in another container. I have no option but to give or throw it way.
Your Pillsbury gold Atta had worms in it. I reside overseas. Is this your quality of export stuff. Twice I purchased and had to throw away the entire 5 kg bag of atta.
Sorry to say but proper cleanliness n hygiene standards have been overlooked.
Please look into the matter n revert . Thanks.
