Inappropriate Demand raised
Piyush Heights has raised a demand for Cooking gas pipeline... this was not part of original payment schedule and there was no such feature to be provided by builder at the time of booking. Now they have made this mandatory for all the flat owners to pay. They were suppose to give possession in 2010 since then they are pushing for nxt 3 months which is now extended to Dec, 2012. Also there are no sector roads or other infratructure development, how can we get assure thay they will put gas pipeline upto building also there is no govt proposal or plan to provide gas pipe line in that area of Faridabad. On what basis builder has raised this demand and how can they make it mandatory for all.
