[Resolved]  Pn Medicity Hospital — Non Delivery of Parcel

I have booked one small parcel (600gm ) to BKM hospital Payyannur, Kannur District from Palarivattom, Cochin on 20th Aug,2010 for urgent delivery on 21st of Aug,2010 paying Rs.30/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They gave me one receipt confirming the delivery within 48 hrs! .The parcel was an urgent medical item for one patient admitted in BKM hospital. The second day when I called to know, hospital have still not received the courier I called to Palarivattom Professional Courier office where i had placed the order to enquire. And to my surprise to the highest level, nobody in the office even knows the status of the parcel!!. They informed me to call Payyanur Courier office no, I called them. I doubted that they are working with Professional Courier becoz they don't know anything about the courier. I ever had interacted with such an office people like this. The second day is over without receiving the courier. Then Onam vacation started in Kerala for 4 days then the 5th day I called to Palarivattom Professional Courier office still the office people don't know where is my parcel and still it's not received. I called the Professional Courier customer care office no response, called booking office know response....!!!!!!

Now I'm doubt that ur un(professional) courier service. - Kindly help me to find out my parcel and give me back because it's a life saving medical item.
