[Resolved] PNB ATM — ACCOUNT WRONGLY DEBITED | |||
With Due reference I bring the following facts to your notice with a request for immediate action on your part:- -That on 22 May 2012, I went to check my account balance against ,A/c [protected],Name of account : Sanjeev Garg, Branch : Kashmere Gate Delhi from punjab national bank atm at Narela with ATM Id H4491400 around 4:50 pm. When i swiped my card on the machine , it asked me to select the service , Then I selected banking after that machine requested me too enter the pin . but the machine was hanged and didn't allowed me to enter pin. after that machine screen went white and 255 written on it. After waiting for 2-3 minutes,I left the atm centre and thought machine is not working. But around 5.00 pm, I had message on my phone ([protected]) that your account is debited with Rs 15000/- from my account . I can't surmise That how the money is being debited from my account where I haven't entered the pin or processed my request . Same time i approached the Pnb customer care center who gave me the complaint no:57821994. They informed me that it will take seven working days to clear off the transaction And get money refunded. ITS NEARLY A MONTH NOW BUT HAVENT RECIVED ANY REFUND AS WELL AS BANK DIDNT ARRANGE ANY COPY OF PHOTAGE TO THE TRANSACTION. Was this information helpful? | |||
